I fell in love with the supportive community and the challenging workouts. I knew I wanted to share this passion with others, which led me to become a CrossFit coach. My goal is to help our members achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way, while also having fun along the way.

With a maximum of 5 clients per class, our semi-private, small group format ensures that each member receives individual attention and guidance from our experienced coaches.
Our class offerings include CrossFit, as well as additional benefits such as group BURN, Smash, and Benchmark classes. CrossFit is the cornerstone of our training, providing dynamic and constantly varied workouts that challenge and improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness. Our group high-intensity interval training classes offer a fast-paced and intense workout, perfect for those looking to push their limits.
On Saturday mornings, we offer a semi-private Saturday Smash class, which combines group, partner, and individual metcon-style workouts to kickstart the weekend. These sessions are often followed by breakfast at a local café, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among our members.
