We are open on weekdays from 6am to 12:45pm and 5:30pm to 8:15pm, and on weekends from 7:30am to 11pm. Our gym is equipped with a wide range of equipment and facilities to cater to all fitness levels and goals, including barbells and bumper plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, resistance bands, and more.
We also have an on-site shared shower and toilets for your convenience. Our team of highly qualified coaches, including Alec, a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, CrossFit Gymnastics Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer, Personal Trainer Level 3, Sports Massage Therapist Level 3, and Skipping Instructor with a BTEC National Diploma in Sport Development Coaching and Fitness, are here to support and guide you on your fitness journey. They are experts in their fields and are passionate about helping you reach your goals. In addition to our dedicated coaches, we also have a special member of our team named Monty.
Monty is a hypoallergenic Australian Labradoodle who loves to join in on workouts and brings a lot of joy and enthusiasm to our gym. He enjoys long walks, hill sprints, swimming, and chasing sticks, and his goals include catching a squirrel, swimming across the channel, and performing a 100 kg log drag.
