What sets CrossFit Cairngorm apart is our focus on CrossFit training. CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness programme that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics to improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our trainers will introduce you to the fundamental movements of CrossFit, help you understand how our gym works, and support you in deciding if our gym is the right fit for you.
In addition to CrossFit, we also offer other programmes such as yoga, kids and teens fitness, masters' fitness, and nutrition services. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness and help you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
To join CrossFit Cairngorm, you will need to complete our OnRamp session, which is a 1:1 introduction to the fundamental movements of CrossFit. This session also gives you the opportunity to meet our coaches and determine if our gym aligns with your goals. The cost of the OnRamp session is 40.
For visitors, we offer two membership options: the Rx Membership and the Scaled Membership. The Rx Membership allows you to train as many days as you want, following the prescribed programme. The Scaled Membership provides access to three classes per week. We also offer personal training sessions for individuals who want to work on specific skills or areas of their fitness.
