About
CrossFit Fife is a gym located in Dunfermline, offering comprehensive support and professional advice to individuals looking to transform their physique. As a dedicated CrossFit facility, CrossFit Fife is committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals through a structured and effective programme.
For those new to CrossFit, an induction process is required to learn the basic movements, proper equipment usage, and assess fitness levels. This ensures that each member feels confident and safe in their training. The induction process takes approximately 2 hours, allowing ample time for thorough instruction and information sharing.
CrossFit Fife offers a variety of membership options to cater to individual needs. For newcomers, the Unlimited Membership is recommended, allowing access to all coach classes throughout the week. Members have full control over their membership through the team-up system, which is explained by the coach post-induction. The friendly staff at CrossFit Fife are always ready to assist and provide guidance in choosing the most suitable membership option.
With a convenient class schedule, CrossFit Fife ensures that members can find a time that suits their busy lifestyle. Classes are held throughout the week, starting as early as 6:00 am.
