If you're brand new to CrossFit, a 1-1 Fundamentals session is required with Coach Lauren, the owner and founder of CrossFit Habitat.

The coaching team at CrossFit Habitat is led by Lauren, who has a true passion for CrossFit and helping others take their training to the next level. With years of experience in personal training and working in various gyms, Lauren wanted to create the best possible training environment for all walks of life. She is a Level 1 British Weightlifting Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and has a deep understanding of nutrition and gymnastics.
Located at Unit J, Three Michaels Yard, Carterton, CrossFit Habitat is easily accessible. The gym is open from Monday to Friday, with morning and evening class options available. On Saturdays, there is a morning class as well. Sundays are closed.
