CrossFit Iron Duke, led by organiser Craig, offers a top-notch fitness programme in Waterlooville, just outside Portsmouth. Since 2014, it's been ideally located near the main A3, ensuring easy access.
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped training rig, individual stations for gymnastics and weightlifting, full-length lifting platforms, Concept 2 rowers, ski-ergs, and Assault Bikes. They provide barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, and plyo boxes.
Craig focuses on CrossFit, blending cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting for a full-body workout. The aim? Make fitness fun and engaging. Experienced trainers lead small classes, offering personal attention to each member.
