If you have a passion for Olympic Weightlifting, our Barbell class is perfect for you. This class is dedicated to improving technique and accessory strength work, helping you become more proficient in this specialised discipline.

We are also proud to offer specialised classes for teenagers and kids. Our Teen Classes provide a modified version of our Adult Classes to suit young adults, while our Fit Kids programme offers a modified CrossFit class for our younger members.
