At CrossFit Rayleigh, we believe in constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. Our workouts are designed to challenge and push you to your limits, helping you become stronger, fitter, and healthier.
If you are new to CrossFit, we ask all new members to complete our foundation course. This course is a prerequisite for the sport and is designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit, gradually introducing you to the intensity of the workouts. Our experienced coaches will also teach you how to scale different exercises to suit your ability, ensuring your safety and progress.
We offer different membership options to cater to your needs. For 65 per month, you can have 9 sessions, with full access outside of regular class times. This includes our Olympic lifting class, yoga classes, and gymnastics development classes. If you prefer unlimited sessions, we have a membership option for 85 per month.
This gives you full access outside of regular class times as well as our additional classes.
For forces or student members, we offer a special rate of 70 per month. This includes full access to all classes as well as our Olympic lifting class, yoga classes, and gymnastics development classes. If you prefer not to become a member, you can still join our classes for 85 for 10 sessions. This includes access to our CrossFit classes, Olympic lifting classes, yoga classes, and gymnastics development classes.
We also offer a CrossFit Teens programme for younger athletes. For only 30 per month, they can attend two CrossFit classes a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:30-17:30.
