We believe in having the right tools for the job, and we are constantly adding to our arsenal of equipment to continually challenge you and enhance your training experience.
At CrossFit RBR, we offer a variety of classes including CrossFit, weightlifting, and gymnastics, with over 40 coached classes per week. We believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination, and our supportive and encouraging community will help you stay motivated and on track.
We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, which is why we scale each movement to suit your fitness level and ability. All classes are coached and led by our fully qualified and experienced coaches. We provide a fun and safe environment where anybody can achieve their health and fitness needs.
