Our facility is equipped with everything you need for a challenging and effective workout. We have Olympic weights and barbells for strength training, pull-up rigs for bodyweight exercises, kettlebells for functional movements, plyometric boxes for explosive power, giant tyres for tyre flipping, and more. We also incorporate other equipment like medicine balls, skipping ropes, atlas stones, dumbbells, and carry yokes to add variety to our workouts.
Our coaches are highly qualified and experienced. They hold certifications in CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, personal training, and British Weight Lifting. They are passionate about helping you achieve your goals and will provide personalised guidance and support throughout your fitness journey.
In addition to our CrossFit classes, we also offer a Weightlifting Club that is affiliated with British Weightlifting. Our specialised weightlifting coaches run three sessions a week, and if you're new to weightlifting, we require completion of our Learn to Lift Course before attending sessions.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced competitor, CrossFit Reading is here to help you get fit for life. We offer a free trial class, so you can experience our coaching, facility, and workouts firsthand. We also have foundation courses for beginners to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
