In addition to our CrossFit classes, CrossFit Strathroy also offers Hot Yoga classes that are accessible to everyone, whether you are new to yoga or have experience. Our instructors provide modifications to suit all experience levels. The studio is equipped with Infrared Heat to enhance your yoga experience.
We are excited to introduce our CrossFit Kids Program, offering classes for children to get involved in fitness in a fun and engaging way. We offer single class passes, three-class passes, and six-class passes for kids to participate in our classes.
