Our gym is conveniently located at Unit 16a Dicker Mill in Hertford, Hertfordshire. We have a comprehensive WOD timetable, with classes available from early mornings to evenings throughout the week. We also offer open gym sessions in between WODs for those who prefer a more independent workout.
