In 2008, the clubhouse was extensively modernised and extended to provide exceptional facilities, such as a new kitchen, an extended bar and lounge area, full toilet facilities, and even a skittle alley. With the recent installation of central heating, the clubhouse is now used for social events throughout the year, including skittles in the winter months.
