Safety’s a top priority. There’s always enough staff around – at least two – and they take into account everything from the age of the players to the location of changing rooms and toilets.
For emergencies, there's a designated welfare officer who can be contacted by parents and players, and the nearest hospital is always noted down for any medical issues during events.
