Curves is a women's health and fitness club located in Lacombe, dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and non-intimidating environment. With a focus on strength training, cardio, and stretching, our 30-minute fitness circuit is designed to work every major muscle group and improve overall fitness levels.
Our Workout of the Week (WOW) program offers a variety of strength training movements and conditioning exercises to help increase core strength, balance, agility, and coordination. Each week, members can participate in a new WOW to challenge themselves and see greater results over time.
At Curves, we offer one-on-one coaching to personalize workouts and ensure each member is getting the most out of their exercise routine. Our equipment is designed specifically for women, making it comfortable and effective for all fitness levels.
Curves has been a leader in women's fitness for over 30 years, offering a range of classes from low to high intensity, including boxing, cardio, body basics, and balance classes.
