Curves is a women's health and fitness club located in Weyburn, offering a unique fitness solution in a non-intimidating small group studio setting. Our 30-minute total body workout program includes strength training, cardio, and stretching to help you work every major muscle group and achieve your fitness goals.

Each week, we offer a new Workout of the Week (WOW) on the Curves Circuit, alternating between strength training movements using our equipment and conditioning movements focusing on balance, body basics, boxing, and cardio. This allows you to gain confidence and familiarity with the movements, leading to greater results over time.

Our one-on-one coaching sessions ensure that your workout is personalized for the best results. With a focus on strengthening women inside and out, Curves has been a leading women's gym for over 30 years, helping women around the world improve their health and strength.

At Curves, you can choose from a range of women's fitness classes, including high-intensity boxing classes, cardio classes incorporating various facets of fitness, strength-based body basics classes, and low-intensity balance classes to improve stability and core strength. Our coaches are always there to support and encourage you on your fitness journey.

In addition to our in-studio workouts, Curves offers MyCurves On Demand, an online platform that brings our 30-minute total body workout to you wherever and whenever you decide to exercise.
