One Dance Centre, Elisa has also trained at George Brown College in the Performing Arts Program and the professional training program at The Conteur Academy. Elisa has performed works by many choreographers including Joaquin Lopez, Ryan Lee, Karen Kain, and Natasha Powell. Elisa has also performed in various shows and events such as Dance Ontario Dance Weekend, Toronto Fringe Festival, and Collingwood Elvis Festival.

Sarah has been trained in many styles of dance including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and modern. She has performed works by well-known choreographers such as Blake McGrath, Mandy Moore, Espereance Yvonnet, and Natasha Powell. Sarah has also performed at various events and competitions across Canada, winning numerous scholarships and awards. Sarah's passion for dance shines through in her teaching as she loves to share her knowledge and experience with her students.
