The class will take place on Monday evenings at 6 PM, giving you a great way to start off your week with a killer workout. Whether you're looking to improve your cycling skills, burn calories, or just have some fun, Cycle Fit has something for everyone.
Don't worry about not being in top shape or not having much experience with cycling - David is a fantastic instructor who will guide you through the class and make sure you have a great time while getting a killer workout. Plus, the energy of the class and the music will keep you motivated throughout the entire session.
Make sure to bring a water bottle, a towel, and your A-game because Cycle Fit is not for the faint of heart. Come join the Northern Sport Centre for an exhilarating cycling class that will leave you feeling accomplished and ready to take on whatever the week throws at you.
