DANCE SWEET FREEDOM, a 5 Rhythms® dance class, is the perfect opportunity to let loose and express yourself through movement. The YAMA (Yoga & Movement Arts) Studio, conveniently located at 7 Milnbank Street, Glasgow G31 3AQ, is the venue for these vibrant dance sessions. It's a warm and inviting space, perfectly suited to our practice. You'll find yourself surrounded by like-minded individuals, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the logistics. The prices for the class are as follows: £18 for full payment, £15 for low income, and £12 for concession. To secure your spot, online booking is required. Payment should be made by the Thursday before the class through BACS, unless you have made alternate arrangements with Angela. We kindly ask that you note a couple of important details. Firstly, there is no drop-in facility available, so it's essential to book your spot in advance. Additionally, if for any reason you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, but by cancelling in a timely manner, you allow for someone else to take your place.
Lastly, we must emphasise the importance of everyone's health and safety. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of Covid or any other serious infectious illness, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the class. In the unlikely event of a class cancellation by Angela, rest assured that all payments will be promptly refunded. However, please note that under regular circumstances, payments are non-refundable.
