About
Join Fredy Montero & Fiona Young for their second Dance & Yoga half-dayer instalment. This half day retreat has been designed for dancers and Zumba enthusiasts who love a challenge and want to improve their flexibility and mind-body connection.
The retreat will take place at Totteridge Village Hall in Badgers Croft, N20 8AH. It offers the perfect blend of dance, cardio, and Yoga practice.
The event includes the following activities:
1. Technique drill: Conquer those sticky moves, including the body roll, samba, and more.
2. Zumba: Turn up the heat as participants dance to 2023's best Zumba tracks and compilations.
3. Yoga: Enjoy an invigorating Ashtanga Yoga class designed to deepen mind-body connection. The session will conclude with a guided meditation, leaving participants feeling calm and revitalised.
After the retreat, attendees can indulge in a nourishing post-retreat healthy snack.
Non-members can book tickets for £100, while members receive a discounted price of £90.
