The bowl seamlessly leads into the bottom of the street section, which boasts a spine and a ramp. Skaters can then enjoy the split-level street course, complete with rails, ledges, and a 4 stair set lined with a hubba and a kicker at the bottom. In addition, the skatepark also features quarter pipes, banks, ledges, many pads, a taco shell, and jersey barriers, providing skaters with plenty of options for creative lines and tricks.

The skatepark's construction was completed in two phases, with the first phase costing 120,000 and completed by Gravity Skateparks. Dartford Borough Council contributed 70,000 to the project, while the remaining 50,000 was awarded by Barclay Spaces for Sport. The second phase extension, costing 45,000, was completed in 2009 by Greenstreet Designs.
As for amenities, there are no on-site toilets at Dartford Concrete skatepark. However, skaters can find toilets within Dartford Central Park.
To reach Dartford Concrete skatepark, skaters can head south from Dartford train station along Home Gardens. At the end of the road, they should turn right onto Overy Liberty. Following this road until it turns into Market Street will lead them directly to Central Park, where the skatepark is situated. For those arriving by bus, they can exit at the Cranford Road bus stop and find the park in front of them.
