Our gym is designed to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. We offer customised programmes tailored to individual needs, coordinated by our highly experienced trainers in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists. This ensures that our clients receive the most up-to-date exercise programmes to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
With a state-of-the-art gym facility purpose-built to cater to individuals over 50 and those living with disabilities or mental health issues, our members enjoy 24/7 access. With a standard membership priced at $17. 95 per week, our members also receive one complimentary group exercise class each week. Joining is easy, with a one-time joining fee of $69.

For those interested in group sessions, we offer a 20-session bulk package priced at $265 or a 9-session package with one bonus session at $135. Casual group exercise classes are also available at $15 per person. Our current group exercise classes include Falls Prevention/Balance, Strength & Conditioning, and Cardiovascular Health. These classes are limited to six members per class, and we offer both morning and afternoon sessions.
If you are a school or social group, we have special discounted rates available and can be flexible with session times to meet your group's requirements.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer 1:1 personal training sessions with fully qualified trainers at $70 per hour. Our professional team will work closely with you to design a programme that is tailored to your individual needs. To get started, we invite you to book a free fitness assessment with our trainers.
At Dash Gym and Wellbeing, we also welcome NDIS participants (self-managed/plan managed) and TAC clients. Additionally, we offer external allied health visits and consultations at our state-of-the-art facility. Practitioners can utilise our private consultation rooms for patient consultations. The cost for external allied health visits is $15 per patient, per visit.
