From the heart of London, David Vincent, a seasoned Yoga instructor, brings his expertise to the local community. David's "Yoga for Stress" class, held every Friday morning from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at Clerkenwellbeing, welcomes both seasoned practitioners and those new to yoga looking to combat stress and fatigue.
