DBFITNESS is a personal trainer in Winchester, New Zealand, dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. Led by Dave, who has a full-time job in the military, DBFITNESS offers a range of fitness training services both at home and in the gym.

DBFITNESS is flexible and adaptable to each client's needs and preferences. If clients prefer not to drive, Dave is happy to travel to them. For those who feel uncomfortable working out or running in public, he can provide training services in their own gardens. Additionally, if clients have a gym membership with a “bring a friend” option, Dave is willing to train alongside them at that location.
