At D & D United Martial Arts, we provide a safe and fun environment for your child to learn and grow. Our Little Dragons Program is designed specifically for children aged 4-6. Through fun and engaging activities, our instructors teach fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, and self-discipline.

The program also focuses on building confidence and respect. The Children Evade Program for ages 7-12 incorporates traditional martial arts training with modern self-defence techniques. This program not only improves physical fitness but also enhances mental focus and discipline. Our Adult Evade Program is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

The program includes a combination of striking, grappling, and self-defence techniques, providing a well-rounded martial arts experience. Our Black Belt Members are dedicated students who have shown exceptional skill and commitment to their martial arts training.
