We offer three memberships: the 13 Classes Per Month membership for those training about 3 times weekly, an Unlimited membership for those training 4 or more times per week, and our HYROX membership for athletes preparing for competition.
Every membership includes professional coaching, movement instruction, and our supportive community, plus progress tracking and access to member challenges and workshops.
