At MamaBabyBliss Derby, the focus is on providing yoga and massage classes that cater to the unique stages of pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the early years of motherhood. Lucy Feyi-Sobanjo, our dedicated MamaBabyBliss teacher, has carefully curated classes tailored to each stage – pregnancy, postnatal, baby, and, yes, even dads.
The stunning Ashbourne Road Church serves as the perfect backdrop for our pregnancy yoga classes. This serene setting allows expecting mums to find their inner peace and strengthen their bodies in preparation for the beautiful journey ahead.
For our postnatal classes, baby massage sessions, baby yoga, and workshops for dads, we have the pleasure of welcoming you to the charming Community Room in The Craft Village, Markeaton Park. This warm and inviting space provides the ideal environment for new mums to reconnect with their bodies, bond with their babies, and forge meaningful connections with other mums.
Lucy herself is a loving mother who has personally experienced the many benefits of MamaBabyBliss classes. For her, MamaBabyBliss was more than just a fitness routine – it became a supportive community of like-minded mums. Through these classes, Lucy found lifelong mum friends, gained confidence in her body, felt empowered during labour, and created strong and lasting bonds with her own babies.
