Over 20 years in Exeter. He is a 2-time World champion in sports martial arts and has extensive experience in competition and self-defence. Mark is passionate about helping his students achieve their goals and develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Self Defence and Karate classes are perfect for those who want a well-rounded training experience. You will learn punches, kicks, throws, and locks, while also covering realistic self-defence techniques and anti-bullying strategies. These classes are suitable for both adults and children.

Our most popular class is Kickboxing, which offers a blend of fitness, flexibility, and technique training. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes cater to all levels. You will have the opportunity to practise techniques on pads or with partners, followed by a sparring session to hone your skills. It is not necessary to have any interest in competition to train in this class.

For those interested in competing in sports martial arts, our Competition and Sparring class is perfect for you. Led by Mark Fry, who has a wealth of experience in competition fighting, this class is open to experienced martial artists who want to train specifically for competitions. This class takes place every Friday evening.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where students feel comfortable and supported in their martial arts journey. Our instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, with a passion for teaching and helping students reach their potential.
