Di Robertson Pilates

Di Robertson Pilates is a welcoming Pilates studio in Kingston upon Thames, offering various classes and one-to-one lessons. Run by Diana Robertson, the studio is great for boosting fitness and flexibility for all ages, especially older adults.

Diana promotes personal bests without pushing anyone beyond their limits. She acknowledges the changes our bodies undergo with age and helps maintain flexibility, strength, and balance through Pilates.

With a Performance Dance background from Birkbeck, Diana brings a unique touch to her teaching. She’s also qualified in teaching Pilates for conditions like osteopenia, osteoporosis, and low back pain. Currently, she’s expanding her skills to cater to older adults and those with neurological conditions like Parkinson’s.

Besides Pilates, Diana is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, offering weekly classes in Kingston. She stays active with contemporary dance classes and Dance West's Bolder Not Older company.

Classes are held in Hampton Wick and Kingston, plus a Zoom option for remote sessions. Private one-to-one lessons are available at Diana's home studio in North Kingston, offering personalised attention.
