Discover Body Wisdom – Mind Body Eating Coaching, located in Elwood, offers a holistic approach to health and well-being. Juanita Timpanaro, an experienced NLP & Mind Body Eating Coach, is passionate about helping individuals transform their relationship with food and their bodies.
Juanita understands that these challenges can be deeply personal and sometimes difficult to discuss. However, rest assured that all conversations are kept confidential and met with compassion and care. Juanita provides a safe space for her clients to openly explore their struggles with binge-eating, emotional or overeating, chronic dieting, weight and body image issues, perfectionism, stress, mood, fatigue, and digestion problems, among others.
With over 23 years of dedicated personal development and healing, Juanita combines multiple disciplines in her approach. She is trained in Dynamic Eating Psychology, Mind-Body Nutrition, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Yoga, among other modalities. Juanita received her certification in Mind-Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology from the Institute of The Psychology of Eating, known as the worlds leading school in Nutritional Psychology.
In addition to her training at the Institute of The Psychology of Eating, Juanita has also completed an NLP coaching certification and a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Her personal journey led her to discover the benefits of SomaChi Yoga, which has had a profound impact on her general health, digestion, and stress regulation. Juanita completed her 250-hour Yoga Vinyasa and Somachi Yoga Training and continues to teach and learn in this field.
Juanita's approach is different because she has personally experienced the challenges her clients face. In a society that bombards us with toxic messages about our bodies and what we should or shouldn't be eating, Juanita understands the pressure to strive for perfection and the negative impact it can have. Her goal is to empower her clients with a positive and compassionate approach to overcoming their challenges with food, body image, and health.
