Options? Road Runners training takes place every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm at Diss Sports Ground. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, our coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. We offer a variety of training sessions, including interval training, hill repeats, tempo runs, and long distance runs.

Our aim is to provide a friendly and inclusive environment for runners to improve their fitness and enjoy the sport. Can I compete as a Road Runner? While competing is not compulsory, we do encourage our Road Runners to take part in local races and events throughout the year. We have a calendar of upcoming competitions and races, which you can find on our website.
