The Downs and South Western District Ladies Golf Association Incorporated is excited to announce the District Strokeplay Championship, a must-attend event for any female player with a GA handicap. With a 36-hole gross event and a 36-hole gross and net event, there are plenty of opportunities for players to showcase their skills and compete for top honors. Winners will be recognized in all three grades, as well as daily champions.
The carnival kicks off with an 18-hole foursome event on the first day, with prizes up for grabs for both gross and net winners. This event promises to provide a competitive yet enjoyable golfing experience for all participants. Plus, the district's Annual General Meeting will be held at the host club during the championship, giving players a chance to engage with the golfing community.
