Since its inception in 2010, the Delhi L'il Cricket League (DLCL), a sports division of the Human Research & Development Organization (HRDO), has been passionately devoted to fostering the next generation of cricket stars. Affiliated with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India, DLCL provides an unrivaled platform for young cricketers aged U12, U14, U16, and U19 to showcase and sharpen their skills.

Founded by Mr. Ganesh Dutt, DLCL stands out as India's premier performance-based cricket league. The focus is meticulous and individualized, ensuring each player's unique abilities and potential are nurtured. Each participant gets to play in 6 to 10 League games, with top-performing players earning spots in higher-level matches at no additional cost. The emphasis on performance-based promotion ensures a fair and competitive environment, allowing true talent to shine through.
