About

Train in traditional martial arts at Dojo Denis Paquet in Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon. Dragon Spirit Dojo teaches Kenpo, Okinawan Kobudo, Goshindo and self-defence focused grappling and cardio combat. The academy supports beginners through advanced students with coached progression and certified instructors. Youth programming includes a children's "Petits Dragons" class for ages 5+ and additional specialized programs for school-aged students, plus women-focused self-defence options and other extra classes.
