The center boasts an impressive roster of professional coaches, sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists, sports analysts, and masseuses to ensure a holistic training experience. As a consultant for the West Bengal State Government, the foundation has established the Bengal Archery Academy in Jhargram, alongside managing training centers in collaboration with the Kolkata Police and the state government's Sports Department.
