Dorset Taekwondo Association runs Taekwondo classes for physical, mental and social wellbeing, starting from age 5 in Christchurch and nearby areas. Sessions are tailored for 5 to 7 year olds with balance, coordination, agility and flexibility, then progress into more structured junior training for 8 to 12 year olds. Teens and adults train through a mix of cardio, pad kicking drills, sparring and self-defence, supported by black belt instructors.
