Times vary but typically run for 1-1. 5 hours, focusing on traditional Daitoryu Aiki Jujutsu techniques, practical self-defence, and conditioning exercises. Students will have the opportunity to learn joint locks, throws, strikes, and grappling techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential, both physically and mentally, through the practice of martial arts.
