Shaun Thomson Sifu's extensive training background includes not only Wing Chun, but also Ba Gua (Xing Yi Ba Gua), Chen Tai Chi, Traditional Shaolin (Xiao Hung Quan), Ba Duan Jin (Eight Treasures Qi Gong), Five Animal Qi Gong, Mind Boxing, and Meditation. With a deep passion for these Chinese fighting and healing arts, he endeavours to pass on his knowledge and skills to keep these ancient arts alive and inspire others to explore the hidden world of kung fu.
Dragon and Phoenix Wing Chun Kung Fu offers a variety of classes and services to cater to different needs and preferences. Group classes, which run for 2 hours, provide a dynamic and supportive environment for students to learn and develop their skills. Children's classes, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, focus on instilling discipline, respect, and self-confidence in young learners.
