James is a Competition 4 trained coach and has a Certified Athletic Development Coach (NCCP) certification. James has a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential while creating a positive and motivating training environment.
James has produced numerous Provincial, Western, and National champions throughout his coaching career. He believes strongly in the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance in achieving success in gymnastics and in life. James aims to instill confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic in all of his athletes. He focuses on building a solid foundation of fundamental skills while also pushing athletes to reach new heights in their gymnastics abilities.

We offer recreational programs including Active Start 0-6 years and Recreational Classes 6+, along with drop-in, camps, summer, and adult programs. We also run competitive pathways such as Pre-Competitive, Xcel, and a Performance Team.
