To join Dreigiau'r Dyffryn Gymnastics Club, gymnasts must be over the age of 3. Interested individuals are invited to attend a complimentary trial session to experience the club's training firsthand. After the trial session, gymnasts can proceed with the registration process, which includes filling out a registration form and paying the annual club membership fee of 10, as well as the monthly training fees of 21. 68 for one hour per week or 40.

66 for two hours per week (starting from the following week). Gymnasts are also encouraged to join Gymnastics Wales as a recreational gymnast (19 per year).
