Our programme is conducted in multiple locations throughout Tauranga including Tauranga Domain, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Welcome Bay, The Lakes, and Otumoetai. We also have Bootcamp locations in Auckland City, Auckland North Shore, Cambridge, Hamilton, and Christchurch.

Our team of professional trainers are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Led by Andrew Wilson, who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, our trainers are passionate and experienced individuals who will guide you on your fitness journey. Gemma Shaw, Kelly Prior, Jack Cooper, Vlad Haber, Steve Butler, Charmaine Erlank, and Anna Armstrong are all dedicated trainers who will provide support and guidance throughout your fitness programme.
