Furthermore, we offer a range of programmes to suit your needs. If you're new to fitness, our Beginners Course is a perfect way to start. You'll have an hour-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. If you prefer to train in a group setting, our Group Classes are designed to keep you motivated and working hard, while our coaches ensure your safety and prevent injuries.
Personal Training sessions are also available, either as a one-on-one or for small groups of friends.
