We understand that each baby is unique and may have different comfort levels in the water, which is why our lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each baby.

Our comprehensive lesson programme focuses on water familiarisation and the development of essential swimming skills. From back floating to kicking legs, holding on to the pool side, paddling arms, and blowing bubbles, our structured lessons ensure that babies learn and master these skills in a fun and engaging way. We incorporate a variety of activities, songs, toys, and aquatic equipment to make the lessons dynamic and enjoyable for our little swimmers.

Water safety is a top priority at Duck & Dive Baby Swim School. Our lessons are designed to equip babies with skills that are essential for water safety, such as learning to float and hold their breath. Our instructors are trained to provide a safe and supportive environment for babies to learn and explore the water. We also have strict policies in place to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our pool and facilities.

We have two convenient locations in Sydney: Artarmon and Kogarah. Both locations offer socially distanced lessons and change areas to prioritise the health and safety of our members. Our Artarmon pool features over 30 socially distanced change tables in air-conditioned change rooms, providing a dedicated and comfortable space for each visiting baby.

In addition to our swim lessons, we offer a range of exciting activities, including Birthday Parties, AquaPlay sessions (swimming in a baby-friendly environment), Baby Massage, and our exclusive Duck and Play programme. We strive to provide a holistic approach to baby swimming that promotes physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
