Daniel Rollins, a qualified osteopath with over a decade of experience, is dedicated to providing therapeutic care to his clients. With a background in exercise instruction, Pilates, and sports massage, Daniel has continuously expanded his skills and knowledge to enhance the Osteopathic approach to whole health. He has built a successful practise in London and now aims to establish a centre of excellence in Cambridge for Osteopathic treatment and physical rehabilitation.

Bethia Hope-Rollins has been involved in the Pilates industry since 2001. She holds comprehensive qualifications in Matwork, Equipment, and Pre & Postnatal Pilates, making her a highly skilled and knowledgeable teacher. Bethia is passionate about helping individuals realise their movement potential and live dynamic and fulfilling lives. She has also been a mentor and Educator for Polestar Pilates UK, training Pilates teachers since 2009.
