Eagle House, led by Alex, is a community-focused organisation in the United Kingdom committed to supporting young individuals to achieve their potential. Alex's vision is to meet the specific needs of disadvantaged young people, particularly those at risk of crime, those in care, and those who have experienced abuse. By developing social and personal life skills, Eagle House aims to create opportunities for these young people to pursue their goals and ambitions.
Recently, Alex launched The Eagle's Nest Operation on Anglesey with support from the Anglesey Charitable Association. Eagle House has also partnered with ADTRAC to provide a personalised wellbeing and employability programme, helping young people progress into education, training, or employment. Thanks to the support from the Moondance Foundation Charitable Trust, they will be delivering three pilot programmes this year.
Parents have praised the impact of Eagle House programmes like the Snowdonia Challenge, which equip young people with valuable skills, personal reflection, and positive expectations for the future. These courses have led to successful outcomes such as apprenticeships.
Established 16 years ago, Eagle House has worked closely with young people facing various challenges. Their coaching and support have touched the lives of hundreds from the UK, Romania, and the Middle East. The staff at Eagle House bring practical experience and relevant qualifications to their work, making a real difference in the lives of those they support.
Alex's organisation has partnerships with various entities, and their gallery showcases the achievements of the young people they've helped. You can stay updated by subscribing to their newsletter or reaching out through their provided contact details.
In addition to religious initiatives, Eagle House offers several programmes, including the Young Achievers Programme. Developed over 15 years, this programme focuses on behavioural and attitudinal development, based on practical experience, feedback from young people, and research into other effective programmes. Inspired by figures like Howard Gardner and Daniel Goleman, Eagle House aims to create sustainable changes in young people's lives.
Alex and Eagle House remain dedicated to their mission of supporting young people in overcoming challenges, developing essential life skills, and achieving their full potential. Through their programmes and partnerships, they continue to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of disadvantaged youth.
