It's crucial for interested participants to declare their intent to join the swim meet by the deadline on May 25, 2024. The club recognizes the financial considerations involved in traveling for competitions, and that's why swimmers must actively declare their participation through the website within the specified timeline.
Deadlines are set six weeks before the event to ensure smooth planning and coordination. Swimmers who qualify for the championship within this window but still wish to attend can reach out to the Team Manager to discuss any exceptional circumstances regarding deadlines. For those who qualify after the final declaration deadline, it's recommended to consult with their coach to explore potential entry options.
