

Established themselves as supporters of the Club's aims and objects. Honorary Members shall pay no subscription but enjoy all the privileges of Ordinary Members except the right to vote or hold office. (g) Life Members: Any person who has rendered outstanding service to the Club may, at the discretion of the Committee, be elected as a Life Member. Life Members shall pay no subscription but have all the privileges of Ordinary Members except the right to vote or hold office.
5. GOVERNMENT (a) The Club shall be governed by a Committee consisting of Trustees, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Green Ranger, Child Protection Officer, Match Secretary, and other Committee Members as deemed necessary by the Club. (b) The Committee shall meet monthly or as deemed necessary. (c) The Committee shall have the power to co-opt any Member to its meeting who shall have a voice but not a vote at such meetings.
6. ELECTION OF THE COMMITTEE (a) The Trustees, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Green Ranger, Child Protection Officer, Match Secretary, and other Committee Members shall be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. (b) Nominations for the above positions shall be given in writing to the Secretary at least seven days before the Annual General Meeting, such nominations being signed by the nominee and a proposer and seconder, both of whom shall be Members of the Club. 7.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (a) The annual subscription for Ordinary Members, Pensioner Members, Juvenile Members, and Associate Members shall be determined at the Annual General Meeting. (b) Subscriptions shall be due and payable on or before 31st March each year. (c) Any member whose subscription is unpaid at that date shall not be eligible to enter competitions or take part in any other Club activity. 8.
FINANCIAL AND PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION (a) The signing authorities of the Club shall be the Trustees and such other persons as may be authorised by the Committee. (b) The Club's income and property shall be applied solely to the promotion of the objects of the Club and no portion thereof shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the Members of the Club except in accordance with the Constitution and Rules of the Club. (c) All Members shall be jointly and severally liable for all debts incurred by the Club whilst they are Members, the liability of any Member who ceases to be a Member before a debt becomes due shall be extinguished. 9.
ALTERATIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION The Constitution may only be altered, added to, or rescinded by resolution carried by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the Members present at a General Meeting. Notice of any proposed alteration or addition to the Constitution must be given by the Secretary in writing or email to the Members at least twenty-eight days before the General Meeting at which it is to be considered. 10. DISSOLUTION The Club may be dissolved by resolution carried by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the Members present at a General Meeting.
In the event of dissolution, the funds and property of the Club remaining after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities shall be distributed to another Club or Clubs having objects similar to those of the Club, or to any charity as may be decided upon by the Members of the Club at the General Meeting called to dissolve the Club.
