Established in 1999, East Sunbury Sporting Group aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for the local sporting community, offering a range of activities for both children and adults. The group includes three prominent clubs: East Sunbury Football Club, East Sunbury Cricket Club, and East Sunbury Netball Club.
