The driving force behind Easy Riders is Andy Gratwick, a seasoned watersports professional with almost 25 years of experience. Andy has taught and competed in windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sailing, and numerous other watersports. He has taught on various continents and is the author of several kitesurfing books and schemes. Andy currently serves as the Head of Training for British Kitesports and is the author and joint head coach of BSUPA and its training scheme, making him a highly knowledgeable and experienced instructor.

At Easy Riders, their passion for water sports is contagious, and they aim to make it easy for everyone to enjoy. Sam is a new addition to the team this year and is an Olympic foiling coach, windsurf, and wingfoil trainer.
