Fancy trying something different? Judith invites you to the Ebberston Yoga Group in Scarborough. Since 2006, this group has been meeting every Wednesday at 7:30 pm in the Ebberston Village Hall.
It’s just £4 per session, no membership fees, and the money goes straight to hall hire and a better experience for everyone. No formal teacher here – you’ll follow along to yoga audio CDs or videos. Each session wraps up with some peaceful meditation and relaxation.
Ebberston Yoga Group is all about being friendly and supportive, so don’t sweat it if you’re new. Bring your own yoga mat and maybe a blanket for the end. They’ve got blocks and belts if you need them. Bare feet are best, and try not to eat right before the session.
Remember, it’s all about moving at your own pace and listening to your body. Yoga’s great for flexibility, strength, stress, and just feeling good overall.
